60, 90 MINUTE SPORTS MASSAGE
You will be fully clothed during this session. We will complete a movement assessment followed by a passive assessment. I will use techniques such as Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Total Motion Release, and IASTM to achieve the desired goals.
MYOSKELETAL + NEUROLOGY TRAINING
In this session you will be fully clothed. We will assess your movement, vestibular system, and visual system. This is a great session for those who have exhausted all other options for pain relief. We will be analyzing areas that you have likely never had assessed previously in order to solve your pain or performance problems.
YOUR TRAINER AND THERAPIST
Jason is a Massage Therapist (LMBT #17641) and graduate of Miller Motte College in Cary, NC. In addition, Jason is a Myoskeletal Alignment and Total Motion Release Therapist. Jason holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach, Level 1 Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Human Movement Specialist, Certified in Applied Functional Science and is certified through FMT in Cupping, Compressive Band Therapy, and Kinesiology Taping. Jason is certified through FMS to perform Functional Movement Screens and Functional Capacity Screens as well.
Jason doesn't just read about it he actually lives it. He's spent his life training in various sports and a plethora of training modalities. He placed top 5 in the state 3 years in a row as a High School swimming athlete. After High School Jason purchased a powerlifting gym where he competed and put on various powerlifting events. He continued powerlifting over the years and added in long distance running, completing multiple marathons and a 50k. Jason has now fallen in love with Strongman training and recently became North Carolinas strongest man U82.5kg while qualifying for nationals.
Jason believes in a multipronged approach to an individual’s overall wellbeing with movement being the cornerstone of healing. He is passionate about this profession and continues to dedicate his life to helping people feel their best.
