Pallof Press left leg on the inside w/ headed rotated right/eyes closed- 4x:10 second holds

Single Arm Dumbbell Press (left arm only) - 2x5 @ 75#

Push Jerk- 5x1 - I was supposed to do all the singles at 255 but I was feeling good and went to 275 which was a mistake. I hit 255, 275, 275, failed 275, 255, 255

Strict Press w/barbell- 5x10 @135


Pull Ups- 3x10 (Bodyweight)

Band Pull Aparts- 3x20
