Today I was practicing with the deadlift suit again and it felt quite a bit better than last time.


Deadlift from floor with deadlift suit- 5x1 @ 545 1x3 @ 545


Romanian Deadlifts- 5x10 @ 315


Step Ups- 5x10 on each leg @ 60#


Single Leg Hip Flexor raise with monkey feet- 3x10 each leg @ 30#
